Transforming of scientific achievements
1.Party B should actively recommend Party A such appropriate scientific achievements as new technologies,new techniques,new materials,and new equipment,to aid Party A with updating new products and improving product quality.
2.On condition that Party A encounters difficulties during the process of transforming scientific achievements,Party B is obliged to aid Party A with solving these problems.
3.The scientific achivements that are independently developed by Party B should,under the same conditions,be preferentially transferred to Party A.
