通常情况下much多用于否定句,用来修饰不可数名词；a number of多用来修饰可数名词,这里的business是不可数名词,所以不可以；a lot of = lots of,答案D少了一个of,如果有of的话是可以的.
如果是病人的话可以说I am going to undergo an operation this weekend.
如果是医生的话可以说I am goign to perform an operation this weekend.
但是如果有上下文的话,直接说I am goign to have an operation还是比较好的.
