  1月4日:CD盒(CD drawer)出故障.

  1月5日:录音到磁带上,音质差.

  1月6日:停止键(Pause button)坏.

  1月7日:送回商店,答应一周后取.

  1月14日:没修好.

  1月21日:仍没修好,被告知“等待配件”.

  3月11日:取音响,CD盒和停止键修好,音质仍然差.

Dear Sir or Madam   I am writing to complain about this stereo which I bought in January. After only two days things started to go wrong.   The first problem was the CD drawer which broke on the second day I bought it. The next day I recorded a song onto a cassette. Everything worked but the sound quality was very pour. On the following day the pause button stopped working.   Naturally I returned the stereo to you for repair. Your assistant said I would have to wait for only a week. After another one week the necessary spare parts had still not arrived. Finally nine weeks after I returned it to you for repair I collected the stereo. The CD player worked properly but there was no improvement in the recording quality.   I am not satisfied with the equipment nor with the service. I am therefore writing to ask for a full refund. I will return the stereo to your shop tomorrow and get back the 550 yuan I paid for it. Yours faithfully Zhang Min.
