6.Seller acknowledges that the foregoing warranties are for the benefit of Buyer and its successors,assigns,and for the users of the Products.Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary,The warranties contained in this Agreement do not cover any inherent defects in the Products that are not due substantially to Seller’s fault (i.e.formulas provided by Buyer) or damage or condition resulting from the misuse,improper storage,abuse,exposure to extreme temperatures,fire or water of any of the Products or abuse of or negligence or accident with respect to the Products by Buyer or its successors,assigns and customers or the users of the Products.Further,notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary,Seller's liability will cease and terminate at the expiration of the Warranty Period for any defects of which Seller has not been given written notice during the Warranty Period.
