First of all,I would like to leave alone the fact that instead of die in pain,peter parker on the other hand,got the unique gift which made him the spider man and talk about makes him not a criminal but a great hero.
When things like that happened to some teenages at peter parkers age and provide them the ability to do anything,most of them may try some illegal issue i suppose,because every human is likely to abuse they power when they get to much of it.
But it didn't work with peter parker.And i believe his uncle own the credit.
When his uncle was dying of the gun shot,he didn't say much but tell Peter "With great power comes great responsibility",and that's when spider man borned.I wonder if his uncle hadn't gone through this,peter may become a famous boxer,or just a man on the street.However uncle ben pointed out the way to use the great power to peter,without uncle ben,there will be no spider man.
This is really a lesson for anyone who's in power,great power comes with great responsibility,that's what they shall never forget.
