1. 卖方获悉买方6月8日的还盘,并得知买方认为卖方报价太高；
2. 卖方认为目前原材料的价格急剧上涨,买方的还盘不符合现行行情,太低而不能接受.
3. 但鉴于初次交易且为了开发欧洲市场,卖方愿在价格上作出让步,降价8%.

We got the idea that the quotation is too high to accept for you.
While it is obvious that the price of raw material rises sharply and will maintain rising.
So,your counter-offer is not in conformity with the current market.
It is pity that we can not accept.
