If I were a millionaire,I would take use of 50% of moneyand donate 50%of it.Many people would buy a house or travel the world.As for me,I would start a school.If I had a school,I would be able to educate many children and teach them right from wrong.
Anyone will tell you that chil- dren are a country's future.If my dream comes true,I will be very happy because I will be doing my country a good service.

Perhaps buy a cottage in the country,for us to share
Where we would awaken to the song birds call
Watch the leaves change colour in the fall
Sit on the porch in the sun
Seeing the world go by,and having fun
Just think of all that country air,filled with the ozone of the sea
Being woken in the dawn ,by the waves crashing on the shore
The crying of the gulls searching for food evermore
Breakfast then out in the boat
Cruising around islands ever so remote
Playing a fresh fish on a rod,and line
Going ashore and cooking it in a fire
Then cuddle your head on my shoulder dear
And lets go in my luxury yacht away from here
Away from life's hurry and flurry and worry
Lets go and make merry
Away from this earth's shadow and gloom.
To a world of fair weather
Like free birds across the skies we may roam
Away from the madding crowd,dust ,smoke and din
From the not too enthusiastic response
that this chain poem has got
One wonders about money and poetry
and this is my stream of thought -
Why doesn't the theme 'money'
make poetry flow from pens
Wealth is craved for and sought after
Paramount in our scheme of things,hence
one would expect riches would make
poets fancies take flight
And make them copiously write
When they do,about love and hate
friends and mate
About justice and beauty
valor and duty
Volumes are written
even about wars and riots
Why does wealth alone take
the poetry out of poets?If I were a millionanire.(a poetry)
