Yesterday afternoon I bought a "China Daily", looked at the front page of the title, and found that there were many places I couldn't understand. Then I put it into my schoolbag.
This morning, I asked a foreign teacher for help after I got to school. He introduced the newspaper layout and some part, gave me some specific recommendations on how to read newspaper.
This afternoon, I took out the newspaper to reread carefully after school. I read the reports of important eventsin accordance with the proposal of foreign teachers. I was finally able to understand some of the content, and I was very pleased.

Today it was sunny. In the morning, I got up at half past seven. I ate some eggs, some bread, and drank some milk for my breakfast. My mother always said to me that milk is good for my health. But I don't like milk. After breakfast, I went to the library near my home and read some books about Science and English stories. I enjoyed myself in it very much.
At about eleven oclock, I went back home. Today I was very happy.

Today is my elder sister's birthday. I had made some fruit salad for her that she likes to eat, and she was very happy.
The steps to do the fruit salad:
First, we peel three bananas, three apples, and one watermelon.
Second, we cut them and then put them into a large bowl.
Third, we put two tablespoons of honey and a glass of milk to the bowl.
Finally, we mix them together.

Life in Grade 8 was over. In this year, I learned a lot of things. Now ,my lessons is better than before. I can do homework more faster than before, and it's always right. I am happy with that.
