随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,运输生产所需的各类物资大都已由卖方市场转向买方市场.由于市场竞争迫使企业更加有效的合理利用资金,减少资金的占用和浪费,由此实施“零”库存储备方法已成为各企业物资部门加强物资管理所追求的重要目标.随着中国经济的不断发展,企业为降低成本,提高效益,零库存管理日益受到企业各方面的重视.如何实施合理库存管理策略,已成为各个企业的物资部门所面临并且急需解决的重要问题.本文主要对物流企业实现零库存管理战略进行了一系列的探讨,希望从中找到解决及优化库存的方法,使企业物资部门对库存的控制达到理想的库存状态.
本论文首先论述了供应链、供应链管理、配送、库存和零库存的相关理论知识,然后分析了零库存管理在国外的发展情况以及零库存在我国国内的发展情况.最后,应用主要的相关理论知识与企业实际情况相结合进行分析,提出实现零库存的途径和方法.

Along with the socialist market economy continues to develop, transport of goods required to produce the most by the seller's market to already buyer market. Because the market competition forces enterprise more effective reasonable utilization of funds, reduce the waste of money, which occupy and implementing "zero" inventory reserve method has become the enterprise supplies department to strengthen an important goal of materials management. Along with China's economic development, enterprise in order to reduce the cost, improve efficiency, zero inventory management increasingly being enterprise all aspects of attention. How to implement a proper inventory management strategy, has become the materials department each enterprise facing and the important problem solved urgently. This paper focuses on the logistics enterprises to realize zero inventory management strategy for a series of discussions, hope to find the solution and optimize inventory method, make enterprise materials department of inventory control to achieve the ideal inventory status.
This paper first discusses the supply chain, supply chain management, distribution and inventory and zero inventory relevant theoretical knowledge, then analyzes zero inventory management in foreign development situation and zero inventory in our domestic development situation. Finally, the application of relevant theoretical knowledge and main company's actual situation, the article analyzes the combining zero inventory way and method.
