Currently, there is a tendency on campus thatan army of freshmen in college suspend school to workfor a year or so.
There are severalreasons accounting for the phenomenon mentioned above, among which I think thefollowing could be the critical ones. To commence, some students hope a better understandingof the need of the society through full-time working and then set moreclear-cut objectives back in their study. Others, however, intend to gainuseful work experience which may land them an ideal job after graduation. Still,there are students who have to work to pay the tuition fee due to the financialproblem.
From my point of view, Iam frown on the idea. For one thing, since we may not be as experienced as wethink in the light of the society, it’s likely that you get half the resultswith twice the effort. For another, had you studied hard, you can get scholarshipswhich can solve the financial problem.
