Having a good relationsihp with colleagues is very important.Sometimes,when I face some troubles or problems,I can't deal with them by myself,but other colleagues may help me to tackle these problems base on their own diveristy experience which I don't have.When I have a good relationship with my workmates,it's more likely to have a better atmosphere than before because we could express our conversation or have a joke without any pressure.
Three ways to get along with workmates are to consider other people's feelings,to assist workmates who have a tough period,to be talktive,or communicate more with workmates.
From what we have discussed above,we could safely make a conclusion that it's not easy to get along with workmates.What we need is efforts,we need to make a lot of efforts to improve relationship with workmates.There is no shortcut to reach this goal,the key to reach this goal is patience and lasting efforts.
