because of seeing the title of your hotel's as :" Have a good time or get your money back" so we thought it must be a good hotel.but you service is too bad .so i write to you ,hoping that you can improve your service. when we arrived there,we met avery unfriendly desk clerk.out of my expectation, he was unable to find our reservation.we were asked to wait for another waitress,then we almost waited forhalf an hour!finally,we were led by another unfriendly bellboy to the room .even worse, the room was too bad.dirty towels were on the beds and cigarette ends were on the floor. that's all.i require being apologised and i hope measures be taken at once. 原创 vat
