Dear Sir,
I have been holding a credit card from your bank for the past ten years and have no bad record. However, when I sought a temporary increase in my credit limit last week, I was told by your customer service officer that he would have to check the authenticity of my application by calling up my company to verify. I was deeply shocked to hear the young man’s words… While your bank has the duty to check all applications, it is the manner of your staff in which really hurts the relationship with the clients.
I would like to seek a satisfactory and speedy resolution to this.
