近年来,深圳旅游度假项目不断增多,但功能不集中分布较散,在设计思想上却仍然显陈旧落后.在建筑设计方面,设计仅仅是使用更昂贵的建筑材料,进行更豪华的室内装修；在景观规划上,大多只注重平面的图案化,而不注重空间的组织.抹杀了地域之间的特色.
本文针对天琴湾半岛进行规划和调研分析,主要从地理位置、周边环境、交通等对半岛进行整体规划,来满足游客度假需求.提出的设计理念,利用美洲雨林风情来造景改造半岛上现有景观,形成以雨林瀑布、海洋浴场、水上剧场等为主线的观光旅游区,在景观改造上提倡环保生态的理念,保护半岛上原始景观.对半岛上原居民区进行改造带动当地经济发展.从而形成休闲、娱乐、商业、住宿集一体的度假村,成为一个可以让人停留休息的一个假日好去处.

Abstact
In recent years,the Shenzhen tourism resort projects have been constantly growing,but the functions are not concentrated with a more scattered distribution.The design thinking is still significantly lagging behind.And In building design,design is only the use of more expensive building materials,a more luxurious interior decoration.Meanwhile in landscape planning,most of them focus only on the design of plane,rather than focus on the organization of space,which obliterate the features between different regions.
In this paper,Planning and research analysis for TianQin Bay Peninsula are mainly from the geographical location,surrounding environment,transportation,etc.for the overall planning of the peninsula to meet the needs of holiday visitors.Proposed design concept,use the Inter-American rainforest landscape style to transform the existing landscape on the peninsula to form a waterfall in the rainforest,Ocean Beach,Water Theater as the main line of the sightseeing tourist areas.Eco-environmental protection concept are promoted in the landscape transformation to protect the original landscape in the peninsula .The original residential area on the peninsula led to reform of local economic development.Thus the resort which set leisure,entertainment,commercial,accommodation in one can be a good place for a rest stop on holiday.
