特色：

用料：
鸡翅 6只
大蒜 6瓣
葱花 少许
黄酒 1汤匙（15ml）
老抽 1汤匙（15ml）
香菇 3朵
盐 2茶匙（10g）
胡椒粉、油 适量
做法：
1. 大蒜去皮切碎,香菇切一个十字花在上边.
2. 用黄酒、老抽、胡椒粉和盐腌制鸡翅20分钟.
3. 锅中倒入适量的油,中火热锅,油快冒烟时放蒜碎,爆至金黄色.
4. 倒入鸡翅翻炒几下,加少量热水,放入香菇,加盖煮约10分钟.
5. 揭盖搅匀,再煮10分钟后起锅,喜欢的话撒点葱花在上面.
小贴士：
1. 独头蒜做此菜最合适,而且剥皮容易,所以懒人要多准备独头蒜.
