Life Without The Internet Can you imagine it?I can't.I would struggle to get through the day without my fix.In that sense it's not much different from any other addiction.If you can't have it then you begin to exhibit withdrawal symptoms.These symptoms could include:
Starting up your web browser just to watch the error message and to gaze wistfully at the now-lifeless status bar.
Attempting to reconstruct the google search page in your head and fondly reminiscing about the good old days.
Frantically loading any saved web pages you may have in your cache to gaze lovingly at them.But it's like entering a Ferrari showroom,you can feel and get in the car,but you can't drive it anywhere.The showroom manager won't even let you take it on a test drive because he can sense you would never be able to afford it.
Just to clarify,the net is working fine now.But there have been times in my life,when my happiness has been cruelly crushed,when all hope is driven out of me to be replaced by a bleak vacuum of nothingness.There have been times when the internet stopped working.
