Dear manager

I’m writing to you for the camera I bought last month while I was travelling in your country. When I came back from New York I found the pictures I had taken in America couldn’t be shown clearly on the computer screen. I wanted to have it repaired in the fixed repairing place but they couldn’t manage to do that. At last I had to ask some experts in this field for help and they said it was a problem of quality. Worse still they said that it couldn’t be repaired in any shop. Therefore I required that your company should exchange a good one for me immediately. Or please return the money to me. Please tell me your answer to my request so that I can decide whether to buy another one.
