8.Unauthorized Subcontracting
Under no circumstances will subcontracting a production order to other factories be allowed by Randa Luggage (RLNJ) without prior approval and advanced notice.Such a violation will incur a penalty of USD$2,000.00 and cancellation of the order.Our licensing partners have very strict rules against unauthorized subcontracting because of potential compliance violations.Unauthorized subcontracting could lead to license revocation.
9.Penalty Policy
Randa Luggage (RL) does not want to penalize our factory partners and will do everything in our power to not penalize and work with our factory partners on problems.However,in cases where the merchandise is sold with confirmed cancel dates and advertising in place,delays are not acceptable and the Penalties will be applied.
**The factory is requested to enter the confirmed ETD dates as to when the Production swatchbooks and pre-production (PP) samples have been sent to the RLNJ office in accordance to the Production Inspection Schedule into the Shipping Log.
**These penalties are in addition to any penalties that will be charged to the PO in the event the retailer has charged Randa Luggage for delayed shipments and substandard product.
**The inspection by the RLHZ China inspection team does not release the factory from any defect or chargeback penalty found after the goods have arrived from China.The factory is still wholly responsible for any defect found arising after the factory inspection has been conducted by the RLHZ China inspection team.
**RLHZ China is not going to conduct inspections on Sundays or other national statutory holidays,so if ex-factory is on Monday,100% of goods must be available 4 days prior to the Closing date and be ready by latest Saturday,not Sunday.We consider ex-factory or Closing date is not good for inspection because sometimes the container comes in the morning.Sunday inspections from RLHZ China,if required will incur a penalty of USD$100.00.
**All debit notes will come from RLNJ,not RLHZ China.
The factory hereby agrees to the Randa Luggage Production Shipping Report and Inspection Policy .
