My name is Li Hua.I am writing to talk about the service industry in our town.
The other day,I bought an English dictionary from the abc book store.However,it was a pity that there were some quality problems in the book I bought.I went back,told one of the assistants in the book store about the problem and asked politely what I should do.To my astonishment,the assistant said rudely that they had no responsibility in damage books.
I felt extremely sorry about the assistant's bad attitude and that gave me bad impression of the service industry in our town.In fact,I sincerely advocate that we should improve the quality in our services and people treat each other in better manners.Then,life in our town can be much more enjoyable.
