Through the investigation and study of enterprise's practical operation,this article provides a pertinent understanding about enterprise so as to show the planning sector in auditing.In order to facilitate investigation,our team has selected two restaurants situated in Taipai as subjects.We intend to look into their business management and operation from the perspective of audit and discover the major risks existed in the operating process.
The main respects we hope to find out after our preliminary investigation are time for the establishment of restaurants,the structure of stockholders,the structure of the organization of their company,the primary business strategy,the circumstance of management place,their industrial characteristics,the sale status of products,the costs and profits of their company,the management of staff by their company and the salary of employee etc.
In the overview of organization sector,we are going to introduce the history,the geographical location and the organization structure of the restaurants.
