古安系列教学法在欧洲已经存在并运用了一个多世纪,可是在我国对之了解甚少,基于此的教学研究都少之又少,更不用说按照古安教学法的实际教学操作运用了.其次,当我阅览一些关于古安系列教学法的材料之后,我发现这正是我们所需要的,因为在我们的教育中几乎没有那样去做过.而我又是幸运的人之一,因为我的英语启蒙老师曾经有那样做过,即使她可能根本不知道什么是古安教学法.这让我受益良多,我一个从未接触过英语的农村野孩子变得如此喜爱英语并在那时候学的很优秀.可是我深知那样的老师真的很少.当我在中学里面担任实习老师期间,我听过很多一线老师的英语课,说实话真的很失望.那样子的教学方式生涩而无趣,学生学习的欲望十分低下,效果十分不好,即使有些学生依旧可以考高分,但还是无法摆脱哑巴英语的厄运.这一切都驱使着我着手从事古安教学法的学习和研究,希望更多的中国学英语的孩子能够享受到这样子的教学成果,同时需要更多的人认识,了解,关注,研究和发扬古安系列教学法,这就是我所希望的.

The Gouin Series is a teaching method used in Europe for over a century, yet it is relatively unknown in our country. There is very little educational research conducted about this method, let alone using it to teach. When I read materials about the Gouin Series of teaching method I thought that this is exactly what we need, because our educational system has never done this. I am one of the fortunate ones because my first English teacher taught me in a way that's very similar to it, even though she has never heard of Gouin Series herself. I have benefited greatly from her teaching. I went from a wild child in the village who does not know a word of English to an excellent English student who loves learning the language. Unfortunately I know there is not many teachers like mine. When I became a intern teacher in high school I went to many English classes taught by first rate teachers, yet I was very disappointed, because their teaching style was very rigid and boring, so that the students had no interest in learning. The result of these classes was not good, even if some students can get good grades, they still cannot speak well and can't escape the nightmare of "mute" English. This is the reason that I became interested in learning about the Gouin Series. I would like to see more Chinese children who are learning English benefit from the Gouin Series of teaching. At the same time I wish more people would be interested in learning, understanding, and using the Gouin Series. This is my sincere hope.
