会计信息失真给企业、单位乃至国家带来的影响是十分巨大的 ,扰乱了整个社会的经济秩序 ,危及到社会的稳定和国家的长治久安.会计造假是会计信息失真的症结所在.会计造假不仅仅是会计人员所为 ,而且企业主要领导负有不可推卸的责任.为此 ,要加大我国经济法律法规体系建设 ,规范企业行为 ,建立诚信机制 ,靠诚信赢得市场 ,靠诚信发展经济 ,不断推进我国社浅谈会计信息失真的危害及对策会经济持续健康发展.

Abstract
Distortion of accounting information to enterprises and units as well as the impact of state is very great,disrupted the whole community and economic order,endanger the stability of society and the country's lasting peace and stability.Accounting false accounting information is the crux of the distortion.Is not only false accounting by the accounting,and major leaders of enterprises has an unshirkable responsibility.To this end,it is necessary to intensify China's economic construction of a system of laws and regulations,standardize enterprise behavior,the establishment of mechanisms for honesty,integrity won by the market,credibility on economic development and constantly push forward China's distortion of accounting information of the hazards and countermeasures will be sustained and healthy economic development.
