1,those black spots are not too much ,which within Specifications of my company.
2,those black spots are not too much ,which is within Specifications of my company.

I figured this question above having two mistakes and some words odd.Here's the following list.
Mistake 1:You can't modify countable word(spot) with "much".
Mistake 2:"Within" is the word expressing something is inside of other things,usually with physical construction.
And I also thought there're some weird words,although it's right but somewhat uncomfortable:
1:Spots(Just my personal opinion,Maybe it used frequently with the meaning of"a place,an location"),it would be better to take "dot" instead.
2:"My company" give me the feeling of your own company.I prefer using "our company"
