我知道if not 和unless可以转化..但是还是不懂..
为什么选B?

我知道speak to是词组.
但是为什么选B?难道不应该用whom吗?..

within the week一般表示“在这周之内”,如：I'm afraid I can't finish the book within this week.我恐怕这周之内不能看完这本书.

if 从句的谓语形式用过去完成时即had＋过去分词,主句用would / should / could / might + have +过去分词,表示与过去事实相反的假设,如：If it had not rained so hard yesterday we could have played tennis.
