首先,每个司机都应该有一份驾照,这是必备的.因为,我们都不被允许无驾照开车,这是第一条规则.第二,就是我们都不可以酒后驾车,那是不被允许的,而且对于我们自己既来说,那是十分危险的,极易造成交通事故.当然,还有其他的交通规则,这里我就不一一列举了.
我们都必须遵守交通规则,做我们应该做的,不做我们不应该做的,这样,我们都会是一个好司机,一个好公民.（要用到allow这个词或should ( not) be allowed这种句型）

If I am a hired car driver,I will observe traffic regulations.
Please let me tell you now what are the regulations (rules).
Firstly,every driver should possesses a driving licence.Because we are all not allowed (permitted)to drive a car without having a licence,this is the first rule.
Secondly,We are not allowed to drive after dringink alcohol,moreover,it is very dangerous to ourselves as it is very easy to cause traffic accidents.Of course,there are many other traffic rules which I am not going to mention here one by one.
We all must observe traffic rules and do whatever we should do and not what we shouldn't do,and in this way,we could all be a good driver and citizen.
