      Clara Zetkin who was bom in July 1857 and died in June 1933.was a great German revolutionist.

      After graduation in 1878.she worked as a tutor. She began to devote herself to the labor movement after she got married in 1882. From then on she never stopped her fight for the rights of women. In 1891.she established a women s newspaper called Equality and acted as its editor. She first suggested setting March 8 as International Women's Day in 1910.making her one of its founders.
