I am terribly sorry for not having the time to answer your phone today.This afternoon I went to Yanjiao in Hebei to fetch some letterheads to type my recommendations for the institute I said I was working in in my resume is located in there.I am not sure whether a phone call that I missed at night was from you because my phone was low power at that time by reason of its overuse today.So do you mind if you leave your phone number to me and tell me when you are usually avalable to answer my phone call?
I have closeread your last letter and am motivated by Mr.Malcolm's affirmation to my abilitites.I must confess that he's really professional and with a quite high angle of view in academic filed .And your suggestion is very helpful and I will make a sincere consideration of your words.I will rectify my documents according to your suggestion as soon as possible and send it back to you tomorrow.
