Student A: I really hate the weather here!
Student B: Why?
Student A: It's wet and damp, I can't dry my clothes.
Student B: Where are you from?
Student A: I am from Beijing.
Student B: You mean you have better winter up in the north?
Student A: Yes, although it was cold and a lot of snow at times, but not this wet!
Student B: I was born here, so never notice this inconvenience all my life.
Student A: How do you cope?
Student B: When you have no choice then you got to learn to live with it or put up with it.
Student A: of course it is easy for you, since you have a life time experience but I only just been here for several months.
Student B: Actually, I prefer warmer climate down here than up the north, and once you get used to it, there would be no problems.
Student A: Easier said than done, right in the moment, I am feeling awful for not able to dry my clothes.
Student B: that's not a problem, try hanging your washings somewhere airy. They will dry quicker.
Student A: Really?
Student B: Yes! most definitely.
Student A: Thank you very much for your advice. If I have dry clothes then I will be OK.
Student B: Well, hope you will begin to like our warmer weather here from now on then.
