The similarities are reflected on such items like that:first ,they all belong to the vulnerable groups so that they need to be more cared for by society.Most of the kids are immature physically and mentally,while the seniors have trouble physically.
Second,compared to middle-aged people,all of them desire to be accomanied with others,they want to pour out their woe or share joys or sorrows by chatting and making friends.
As to the differences,the main points are as follows.First,the kids is in the middle of growing up to be an adult while seniors stepping into the end of their life,so you can label them with promising and declining.
Second,the seniors have much too experience in the life because they have been through the rains and winds .They can see into all complicated scenarios.
Unlike seniors,the kids have experience next to zero so that they have a long way to go to learn a lot from seniors,which will shorten the path to success and make bigger progress down the road.
