The topic of my speech is“Protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility”
We all know Tagore.This famous Indian poet once said,“Life is given to us,and we earn it by giving it.” As the saying goes,nature is given to us,and we earn it by contributing to it.However,most people nowadays just want to ask for more from the nature.In fact,they do very little contribution to the nature.Therefore,the environment around us is becoming worse and worse.
Air pollution in cities caused by polluted air,increased incidence of people; pollution to water quality deterioration,general decline in the quality of drinking water,threats to human health,excessive release of carbon dioxide to global warming.
If everyone dwelling in the city keeps the city clean enthusiastically just as they keep their house clean,then streets will become cleaner and cleaner,buildings brighter and brighter,and consequently,the city will surely become more and more beautiful.
Therefore,we should start from the side,pick up the side from waste,don't throw waste batteries,planting tree with beautify our environment.
