More and more women go out to work.Is it the government’s responsibility to subsidize them and provide free staff and facilities to care for their children?To what extent do you agree or disagree to this idea?
These days,both parents tend to persue a better career or struggle for a living,with little time to take care of their children.It is definitely right for children at the age of 18 or 21 to contribute their own education and financial aid in daily life when they are independent enough to pick up parents' share of college costs.Nevertheless,the discussion about who take the greatest responsibility for the young kids,parents or government,has triggered an intense controversy among the public.
Most parents hold that government,whose fundermental role is to preserve a stable and democratic society,should bear the obligation to offer an education environment with sufficient fund for staffs and facilities.In accordance with the Compulsory Education Law,it should be a basic right for every citizen to require general education.Without financial aid available for some families,the civilized society that every one owns equal right can hardly be held true in many real-life situations.
It is of utmost importance that government should fund the tuition.Education enable children to acquire qualities to better function in society and to build up accurate value of life,thereby largly reducing the rate of juvenile delinquency and other crimes.Meanwhile,if only children are provided sufficient financial suppport for school,they will have the opportunity to specialize as geniuses people and do know how to dedicate themselves to their country.Therefore,they can help the society to develop further.
Although local government collects taxes each month,it is still far beyond the government could bear the substantial charge for education of every student.Therefore,the government should only subsidize to those parents who cannot afford to pay their children's studies or are up to their eyebows in debt,but why they should pay instead of those who can buy new cars,eat out every night,enjoy luxuries traveling but refuse to pay for their children's education.
