In school,we have summer vacation.In summer,the weather is so hot that our brain needs a rest after a period of hard work.Thus it is for health reasons that we have our summer vacation.
There are many kinds of sports,which are good for health in summer,such as swimming,tennis and baseball.But care should be taken not to practice such sports all day long,which would be very bad for our health.
Another point we have to consider is that our time should not be spent entirely in playing.We attend school in order to get some knowledge,which will be useful in our life.But knowledge can only be obtained through constant drilling.During the vacation,we should not neglect to review the lessons we have learnt.It is true that all work and no play makes you a dull fellow.Though there may be other ways to spend the summer vacation,such as travelling with my parents,this seems to me the best of all.
