My happy Spring Festival The Spring Festival is a grand and traditional festival for US Chinese people． Before the Spring Festival was approaching my parents and I were preparing for it cheerfully: house were thoroughly cleaned something new was purchased. On the last day of the old year we  were watching the national program – the CCTV 2009 Spring Festival gala. Besides I went out to set off a lot of fireworks with my cousins. To my great joy my cell phone was ringing all the time. I received lots of short messages from my friends and classmates. They all blessed me a happy New Year. On the first day of the new year we put on new clothes visiting our relatives and friends with some gifts and wished each other good luck in the new year. This is how I spent my Spring Festival. I really enjoyed myself in it.
