这四种结构都正确.
一、the way本身是名词,表示“这种方式/方法”或“这种样子”.如果后跟修饰它的定语从句,可以用两种办法表示：
1）用关系副词 how 指代in the way,即：
——That's the way how I learn English.(how I learn English = I learn English in the way)
2) 用“in which”,关系代词指代the way,也就是把第一种中的how指代的 in the way 改为in which,即：
——That's the way in which they work.（= That's the way how they work）
二、way是抽象名词,有时需要作进一步的说明才能表达出它的具体含义,因此,后面往往要跟一个that引导的同位语从句,即：
——That's the way that they work.(that 是引导名词从句的连接词)
三、表示方式/时间/原因的名词后引导同位语从句的连接词常可以省略,于是就出现了如下的句子：
