2.码头卸货是先到先靠,你的船比别的船后到没有理由先让你靠泊卸货
3.码头的吃水是有限制的,如果这个船的吃水接近最高值,一天不同的时候吃水都不同,肯定要等到一个合适的时候才能靠泊,不可能是吃水太深的船什么时候都可以靠
4.这个港口没有夜航,晚上6点到早上6点是大型外轮是不允许航行的
5.我们接你们的货物一般是用驳船,驳船要安排对我们也是有要求的,也有滞期费.虽然外轮那么大,但如果船期变化时间通知得太晚也会造成这些问题,所以要提前三天提前通知确定的船期才行
以上这些东西其实都是一直以来就有的规定,也是可以预期的.如果你们跟船东签租船合同时没有写明这些对大家都是不公平的不合理的.

First of all,about those two lagging problems you mentioned and your attachment.I'm afraid we need more time to figure things out regarding it was roughly 6 to 7 month ago when you first brought that out.But we will inform you as soon as possible.
In addition,I have some different opinions about your perspective concering cargo discharge:
1.Your ship usually discharge at XHD where customs regulations there stated no test reports will be avalible before 4:30 p.m.
2.There is no reason for you to berth and discharge first since it will be the person whoever arrive early to berth first and your ship is later than the others.
3.There is a limitation about draft and the draft changes over time.It is only reasonable to wait for the proper time to berth if a ship is about to reach its maximum draft.
4.Navigation is not avalible at this port at night.Large foreign ships are banned for navigating from 6 p.m.to 6 a.m.
5.We commonly use barge to handle your cargos.We have to follow rules for doing so and barges can be charged for demurrage money as well.So a fixed date of sailing has to be notified three days prior for overdued change of sailing date can also cause these problems.
Informations above are all existing rules which can be expected.It will be unfair as well as unresonable for everybody if you didn't state clearly about them when signing contracts with the shipowner.
