As time goes by,cell phones are becoing cheaper and cheaper.As a result,more and more university students start to use cell phones.
Some people think that university students should use cell phones.First of all,as a media of communication,cell phones play an important role among university students not only because of its convenience but also because of it's multifunction .We can use it to surf the Internet instead of using computers.Besides,there are much applied function which can help us a lot.
However,other people don't think so.They disagree to the view of using cell phones.Because some students are so addicted to the mobile games and surfing the Internet that they forget their duty--study.
In my opinion,we should be adequate and rational in using cell phones.Only do it like that can we make good use of cell phones
