People everywhere seem to be in search for happiness.Unfortunately,for many,the dream appears to be impossible.As a matter of fact,happiness is a kind of choice and is an attitude.Happiness is everwhere if we feel the things around us with a sincere heart and if we keep a balanced mood in life.
The most important factor influencing happiness is people's state of mind,and whether you are optimistic enough about life and society.In addition,the environment that you grow up also has certain impact on your feeling for things around you.
To be much happier,we need to adjust our state of mind,we had better not expect too much about life and others,we should keep a grateful heart,and learn to express our gratitude to others.Besides,we had better keep a contented mind,just as the saying goes "Enough is as good as a feast."
