This shipment of goods was in good condition when we sent it out to your company.However,those returned goods we received from you were all damaged.The broken items were just attached together with regular tapes and they were not re-sealed by special tapes required for the purpose.There should be 40 boxes of merchandise in this batch.The total number of returned boxes we received so far is only 39.Hence,there is still one more box yet to receive.We would like to request for an investigation of this matter at your side and provide us a damage report for the missing box.
