Dear HR Manager:
The purpose of this letter is to formally invite you, on behalf of Zhang Jianguo, the HR manager of ORIENT GROUP CO., to participate in the upcoming 2006 Personnel Management Conference.
The theme of this conference is "The new mode and the new method of the personnel management under new situation". And professor Ding Yi of management school, Binhai University will be invited to deliver a speech. The conference will be held at Youyi Hotel, in Binhai City, from January 3 to 4, 2006.
For you information, we will forward a complete draft speaker program to you in a couple of weeks to give you an idea of the specific subjects that will be covered by the other speakers. And please send your draft to HR manager office of ORIENT GROUP CO before December 30.
In closing, please inform us whether you will participate in this conference. We would be pleased and honored if you would consent to be our closing speaker at the 2006 ICDRI Conference.
