摘要：“三农问题”一直是近年来的热门话题.我国是一个农业大国,农村人口所占比重很大,达到57%,65及以上的让人口所占比重达到7.7%,是世界上老年人口最多的国家.当前我国农村正面临青壮年人口的大规模转移,老人无所养的问题越来越严重,随着我国社会经济的发展,以往的农村养老保险制度的弊端凸显.本文从中国的人口现状出发,结合农村现有的养老情况,说明发展农村养老保险的必要性,并且分析了农村现存的养老保险情况,指出了其存在的问题,以及解决的方式,并研究了其以后的发展方向.农民的问题是全国的重点问题,我们要切实落实好农民的养老保险问题,从根本上为农民的切身利益出发,让农民群众的利益得到保障.
