随着中国加入WTO和经济全球化的迅速发展,世界零售企业50强中已有70%在中国抢滩登陆,并加速在大中城市的全面扩张,以图在中国这块巨大的市场上分一杯羹,而连锁经营正是零售巨头们最常采用的经营模式.面对已经过几十年成熟发展的外资零售巨头们雄厚的资金实力、庞大的营销网络,仅起步十几年年轻的本土连锁超市面临着国际国内两条战线的激烈竞争,但同时也为我国内资超市的改进与提高提供了有利的契机.本文旨在分析中外超市基本状况的基础上,提出我国连锁超市中存在的问题,为我国连锁超市的发展、壮大提供一些改进建议.

Abstract:
Since China's entering WTO and the rapid development of economic globalization,70% of the top 50 of the world retailing corporations have already caught the chance to enter Chinese market and distended their business in middle and big cities,aiming at a bigger share of the whole Chinese market.Chain store is the most popular way among retailing magnates.Faced with these magnates who have developed maturely for decades as well as their abundant capital and huge marketing net,our domestic chain supermarkets,which have only experienced over ten years of development,are confronting fierce competition both from home and abroad.But this competition is also a good chance for the improvement of our domestice invested supermarkets.This article,on the basis of analyzing the basic condition of supermarkets home and abroad,points out questions existing in Chinese chain supermarkets and gives some suggestions for the development and growth of Chinese chain supermarkets.
