The evaluation and selection of suppliers is one of the most important tasks for chain supermarkets,for the reason that the two elements is directly concerning the supermarket's competitive power and even its further development in market.
Under the background of global procurement,how Honghu Shopping Mall of Zhongbai Group can construct a supplier evaluation system and select the supplier in a scientific method is what the article is mainly about.This article is based on research in the chain supermarket and trying to optimize its existing evaluation system by taking advantage of the AHP method,in order to help the supermarket choose a suitable supplier and provide a beneficial and practical reference,as well as instruction,for the same industry.
