自1979年中美建交及《中美贸易关系协定》签订以来,中美经贸往来日趋频繁,双边贸易额从几乎为零转而开始呈现出快速增长势头.中国已经跃升为美国的第三大贸易伙伴,美国则成为仅次于日本的中国第二大贸易伙伴.然而在双方市场不断扩大和贸易量持续增加的同时,也相继出现了一些不和谐的音调,中美贸易摩擦问题日见突出,并成为两国经贸关系发展中不容忽视的问题.本论文将分四个部分对中美贸易问题进行阐述.
第一部分将阐述中美之间活跃的贸易以及中美之间的双向投资的良好态势,第二部分将从不同方面分析引发中美贸易逆差问题的原因及其实质,第三部分针对近年来中美贸易逆差所引起的一系列现实的矛盾即问题,论文最后,针对中美贸易逆差问题,提出中国应采取怎样的对策.
通过对中美这两个大国之间的贸易逆差问题的深入研究,我们发现,正常的、规范的贸易对于两国来说都是有益的,只有通过对话,排除政治因素的干扰,客观的看待中美贸易出现的问题,并采取有效的相应的对策,才可以达到双赢的结果,这样中美贸易逆差的问题才可以妥善解决.
