美国F1签证北京遭遇拒,成都二签合适吗?
我：Good morning sir

VO：So do you have your admission letter?
我：Yes.Here you are.(递进去)
VO:Do you know the admission is contingent upon receipt of which things?
我：The official transcript,certificate of degree and graduation.
VO:一脸困惑
我：I have already sent them to school when I applied.
VO:又一脸困惑
我：I sent them the copy and then I should bring the official ones to the USA
(P.S 这个录取信上的原话是这样说的：This admission is contingent up receipt of official transcript on school letterhead paper,in Chinese with English translation,from Chang’an University且底下还写着我必须即将或者已经拿到学分证了)
VO：(指着我的AD信)Do you have the official admission letter?
我：This is the official one.
VO:（一脸不信的样子） Do you have the envelope?
我：Sorry,I did not bring it here.( 苍天啊,有谁签证还带信封的,再说我的I-20不会是假的吧)
VO:So what are you doing now?Do you work now?
我：I’m not working now.I quitted the company in September when I received my first AD.
VO:Do you have your ID card of the company?
我：I don’t have.I just worked there in this company for two months.But I have other docunmnets.DO you wanna see them?(想给他看合同,协议,还有解除劳动关系证明书)
VO:No.When did you apply for the school?
我：I applied for the school in Oct,just one day before the deadline and received the AD in Nov 2th or 4th,I forgot the exactly date.
VO:（一脸不信）So tell me the process of your application
我：OK.I found this school on internet in this July.The program suited me very well and I finished the application on line in Oct and sent the documents to the school and two weeks later I was admitted.
VO:What will you study there?
我：Construction Engineering
VO:What do you parents do?
我：My mother is a…（被他打断）
VO：Do you have the certificate?
我：Yes,here you are.(递给他)
（在他看证明的时候,拿出照片,贴在玻璃上给他看）
This is my father and this is my mother.We travelled to the grassland because it is not very far.We come from Inner Mongolia.
VO:Do you have more photos?
我：Sorry,I bring here only 2 photos
VO:低头写半天东西,递送出我的所有资料,外加一张A4白纸,上面的第二句话打了个钩
内容如下：

本人资金充足,211大学今年本科毕业,7到9月一家国企工作,9月辞职,美国top100大学UNL读construction的MS,春季1月5开学,北京11月22一签失败,换地点到成都12月9二签合适吗?好好准备过签率多大?有必要找中介没有?
由于不想耽误上学,加之北京现在签证位置满了约不到,所以无奈只好去最近能约到的成都

换不换地方其实影响不大,主要是你的回答给面试官不信任的印象 包括含糊的回答什么时候申请这所学校的,以及提供的照片不多 你的条件很好 下次只要做好充足准备（材料和问话内容）应该就会签过的 祝你成功
