Pm 14:28,May 12,2008 ,a large 8.0 earthquake occurred in Wenchuan,Sichuan Province,resulting in huge losses.The earthquake rapidly caused the attention of people in the country as well as that around the world.
China's media,mainly led by CCTV,make a rapid response,following disaster relief forces to report the situation.
This is a milestone in the history of China News.It is first time that China's news media so quickly and timely give out report; first that so open and transparent to disclose such a disaster; first to send such a large- scale reporters; first that get a high affirmation from people of the world,as well as the peer; first so fully thaw the spirit of humanistic care into reports.
This article focused mainly on China's CCTV-led media in reflecting the high degree of the spirit of humanistic care.
