I am glad to hear from you again. In your last letter, you asked me about H7N9 avian influenza and how to prevent ourselves falling into such a disease. Now let me tell you something about it. H7N9 avian influenza is a disease spreading among poultry, but it is also a disease which can be prevented. First of all, we should form a good habit of washing hands. Secondly, we should open the windows and doors for fresh air once or twice a day. Thirdly, do not have a close contact with sick poultry or cattle and also keep away from poultry or cattle that have died of diseases; besides, meat can not be eaten until it is fully cooked. Last but not the least, we should take exercise from time to time to build up our bodies and see the doctor as soon as possible if we have the symptoms of high fever, cough and breathing difficulty.
