在曙光旅行社实习的四个月里,我在实践中学到了很多.在实习的前一个月,旅行社组织了一个月的培训,主要就旅行社的业务范围,导游词讲解,处理问题的方法等方面进行了培训.同时对旅游业的相关知识有了更深的了解,使在校期间学到的理论知识得到了充分的补充和验证,从而真正的将理论和实践相结合.经过这四个月的实习,我认识到了自己不足以及以后需要改进的方面,争取能在最短的时间里做一名优秀的导游员.

During the four-month internship at Shu Guang Tourist Agent, I have learnt many.
Before the intern, the agent provided a training for one month. The training included the introduction for the agent and the job, learning the tourist guide words, the methods to deal and solve conflicts during work, and etc.
This internship experience let me have a deeper and more specific understanding of my major, and enabled for me to put knowledge on book into the real work. In the daily work I have realized my weakness and how to improve them.
I will put all my effort in order to become a qualified tourist guide in future.
