In the event of discrepant documents being presented to us under this credit and if we give notice of refusal under the relevant provision of ucp-600,we shall however retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant provided that no written instructions to the contrary have been received by us from the presenter before the release of documents.Documents containing discrepancy(ies)will be subject to deduction of discrepancy fee of USD50/-plus swift charges USD35/or equivalent form the proceeds subject to acceptance of documents.
