在IFP一年学习中,我学到了很多,在communication skill里我学到了如何与人交流,如何与小组成员探讨问题,以前我并不认为交流是多么重要的一件事情,我觉得我有自己的想法就可以了,但是通过communication skill我才知道交流和合作同样都是非常重要的,因为这样的方式可以让我们学习到别人对于一些问题的想法,在思想上帮助我们得到提高,同时也可以让我们在交流的过程中增加同学之间的感情和认识.在communication skill里我还学到了如何运用word和PPT,学会这些操作方法可以让我们在学习的时候对所学的内容有更直观的认识,是帮助我们学习的有效途径.我在communication skill里还学会了上网查找资料,查找资料是不能盲目的,communication skill就教会了我应该如何去有效的查找资料,获取自己想要的信息,你会发现,原来找资料也是需要技巧的,如果你选择的是一个不错的方法,那么你会在最短的时间内找到你所要的资料,这样可以大大为你节省时间.最后我在写报告的时候,我用到了上网查资料,也学会了如何写摘要和结尾,摘要和结尾都是可以使文章更加出色的关键,我通过communication skill知道了写好摘要和结尾的注意点,充分的运用到我的报告中去了.在写报告的时候,我还知道了要如何避免抄袭,我觉得最好的方法就是自己要有目的的去查找资料,运用资料,也要在平时注意积累知识,这样就可以有效的避免抄袭.

The one-year IFP program benefits me a lot, in particular the section concerning communication skill, in which I learned how to communicate with others, how to discuss with my team members in an effort to figure out and then address problems. Communication had never come to me as an important issue of life since in the past what really mattered to me was to hold to my own ideals, creative thoughts, or my personal concepts to the world after looking and considering from different angels until I got to touch the communication skill, which made me notice the importance of communication with others, of expressing and listening, for this was a good way to extend my horizon by listening to others' ideas, and to better know people around. My improvements after this IFP program also includes the management of word and PPT, with which I can easilly illustrate or comprehand new knowledges. What's more, I also learned the methodology of doing research on the internet - choosing an effective way to do the research can not only save time and energy but also yield large-scale useful information. When it came to my final report, I followed the samples I found on the internet and successfully drafted excellent abstract and conclusion, which, as I see it, was the most attractive sparkles in my report. But my following was far away from copy-and-paste, I knew what marterials I need to express my own idea based on everyday learning, so my research aimed to hunt for supporting information, but not to simulate.
