随着国际互联网的不断拓展,电子商务活动在世界各国兴起并得到了飞速的发展.目前,电子商务已经延伸到了社会各个领域,其中影响最深就是是国际贸易领域.电子商务在中国对外贸易领域中的应用降低了贸易成本,增加了贸易机会,提高了贸易效率.同时,电子商务拓展了中国对外贸易的空间和场所,缩短了对外贸易的距离和时间,简化了中国对外贸易的程序和过程,使国际贸易活动全球化、智能化、无纸化,实现了划时代的深刻变革.环境的变化使我国的国际贸易面临着大量的机会和巨大的挑战.我国能否抓住这个机遇,关键问题就在于能否利用电子商务的技术来发展国际贸易.
本文从电子商务的概念出发,首先阐述了电子商务发展历程及其在国际领域的应用.然后分析了电子商务对中国对外贸易的正面、负面两个方面的影响.从我国电子商务的整体发展来看,我国还处于电子商务的初级尝试阶段,电子商务发展中还存在很多需要解决的问题.本文在对中国电子商务发展现状及不足进行深入分析的基础上,从法律问题,基础设施、认识度,安全问题等方面提出了提升电子商务在中国外贸作用若干建议.

Along with the expanding of the international Internet,e-commerce activities in all countries of the world have developed rapidly.At present,e-commerce has reached every social fields,including the deepest impact is international trade field.The electronic commerce in our country foreign trade the application fields of trade of low cost,increased trade opportunities,improve the trade efficiency.Meanwhile,e-commerce expansion of Chinese foreign trade space and place,shorten the distance and time simplify foreign trade activities,Chinese foreign trade procedures and process,causes the international trade activity globalization,intelligent,paperless,realized the epoch-making profound changes.The change of environment,our country's international trade are faced with lots of opportunities and challenges.Our country can seize the opportunity,the key lies in whether the application of electronic commerce technology,the development of international trade.
This article from the electronic commerce according to the first expounded the concept of e-commerce development process and in the international application fields.Then it analyses the e-commerce on China's foreign trade positive and negative influences two aspects.From the whole point of the development of e-commerce in China,China is still in the primary stage e-commerce attempt,the development of e-commerce there are still many problems need to be solved.In this paper,the development of e-commerce in China situation and insufficient,based on the analysis from the legal issues,infrastructure,understanding degrees,safety problems,and put forward the ascending function way of e-commerce in China's foreign trade several recommendations.
